CEO/President Baylon-Macapinlac had spent her humble beginnings in Candelaria, Zambales.
She graduated from college with a degree in Chemical Engineering however, she did not practice her profession as she pursued a different career path.
Instead, she became an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Singapore and worked as an Admin Executive until she become versatile in her craft as she discover to manage the company. She worked there for five years before she pursued her passion and joy which is in the area of business, hence, she started her own.
She first set up an employment agency called Chance Resources and Consultancy Services. Next, she ventured into the travel industry and built Koino Air Travel Agency.
Despite having successfully put up not one but two businesses, CEO Baylon-Macapinlac did not stop there and ventured again to a completely different line of business. This time, NobleLife came to life. At the age of 52 with almost two decades of experience in the business industry, CEO Baylon-Macapinlac is not stopping anytime soon.
